Who You Are
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support or system admin
Familiar with Windows & Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting skills & a proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
Maintain computers, servers & networking devices Manage system security, backups, and firewalls
Support users with account setup, software, and troubleshooting (Windows & Linux)
Document IT procedures & track IT assets (Bonus)
Collaborate with developers using tools like Git, Docker, or Jira
